Spider Hair Clip - Black and Pumpkin Orange - Handmade Button Grip

This handmade button hair clip features a black spider on an pumpkin orange background. Perfect for Halloween.

I have used the traditional Dorset Buttons (or Crosswheel) technique to make the little button. Embroidery thread (or floss) is wrapped round, and then wound round and woven through, a ring. In this case a small plastic ring.

The handmade spider button has then been glued onto a hair clip (attached to felt for security).
